Enjoying a gluten free lunch or gluten free dinner at your favorite restaurant can be a challenge, especially when you’re looking for a quick snack between soccer practice and cheer tryouts. Or maybe you want to celebrate, but stopping by your favorite restaurant has a whole new array of challenges. Reading the menu is no longer appetizing and refreshing, it can confusing and frustrating. But some restaurants are trying to help their gluten free customers.
I’ve done my research and found some places that have online access to gluten free menus. Take a look before you go, and see that there are options for some quick and delicious foods. Or, you can stop by honest-to-goodness sit-down restaurants and eat foods that aren’t dangerous to you. Some menus do distinguish between gluten-free and wheat-free, but others do not. Make sure you check with your restaurant manager before making any decisions. And enjoy this list. Please add any other restaurants that offer gluten-free options in the comments below.
